RWS, based in Bucharest, runs one of the most modern waste sorting and treatment facilities in Romania. This powerhouse facility handles mixed municipal waste from sectors 1, 2, and 4, using a mix of advanced automation and good old-fashioned manual work to separate recyclables, energy-generating waste, and landfill material.
When RWS approached us, they were drowning in inefficiencies. Data was scattered across Excel sheets and handwritten logs, making it nearly impossible to track what was happening on-site in real time.
We built a system that gives RWS full visibility into their operations, from the moment a truck arrives to the second a waste bale leaves the facility. Our platform tracks logistics, production metrics, and equipment performance, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
