PSM Rent, a part of the PSM Group, rents out a wide range of aerial platforms and lifting equipment. They’ve built a solid business helping clients in construction, maintenance, and other industries get the gear they need. But as their business expanded, managing everything on Excel just wasn’t cutting it anymore. That’s where we came in.
Excel can only take you so far. As PSM Rent grew, keeping track of its fleet, contracts, and day-to-day operations became a headache.
They needed a centralized tool that could handle everything: managing rentals, tracking their fleet, generating invoices, and making it all easy to use, even for team members working on-site with just a tablet or phone.

We started with a detailed discovery process to really get to know their business—what they needed, where they were struggling, and how they wanted things to work.
By the end of it, we had a clear plan with user stories and mockups to guide development.
