The matching algorithm runs on hundreds of data points, each assessing the candidates’ cognitive abilities, such as creativity, problem-solving, attention, memory, flexibility, and so on. Companies can send out challenges that evaluate precisely the skills that they are looking for. This assessment is done through a gamification inventory that includes exercises, puzzles, challenges, matches, prizes, badges, points, progress bars, levels, as well as a friends and chat system.
