PINT is one of Romania’s leading insurance brokers, with over 15 years in the market and a strong online presence. Known for simplifying the RCA process, PINT was one of the first to let customers independently compare and purchase RCA policies from any insurer at the best prices—all online. With integrations across all major Romanian insurers, they play a huge role in digitalizing the industry.
PINT needed to overhaul not just its website, but its entire CRM system, replacing it with a custom solution built to modern standards and ready for the AI disruption.
The goals were to migrate millions of records from the past two years, optimize workflows, and improve the user experience—all while maintaining their SEO performance and handling the demands of high daily traffic.
One of the trickiest aspects was planning a Go Live process for a site that couldn’t afford to go down, even for a minute.
We rebuilt PINT’s platform using modern web technologies so that it was scalable and would stand the test of time.
The redesign focused on streamlining the RCA process, updating integrations with all nine insurers, and combining multiple systems (orders, finances, and reports) into one application.
To handle their high-traffic site, we planned a Go Live process months in advance, minimizing downtime and preserving their strong SEO performance.
