Mithras App – Centralizing Site Management for Better Control


Mithras Build is a construction company looking to optimize and track site activities more effectively. Their platform, Mithras App, serves as a digital tool to manage everything from assigning resources and staff to monitoring fuel usage, and daily operations, and generating detailed reports for project progress, costs, and team productivity.
When Mithras came to us, their processes were all over the place. Data was scattered across Excel sheets, handwritten documents, and licensed software that didn’t integrate with their workflows. Critical records like fuel consumption logs, service requests, and site journals were either lost in the shuffle or required hours to organize.
Another major issue was fuel theft. With no reliable system for tracking fuel usage from their on-site fuel depots (CUBs), they struggled to identify discrepancies and monitor consumption accurately.
Their primary need was a centralized system for activity tracking—one that could collect real-time data directly from their operators in the field and make finding past and present records simple.

We developed a centralized platform that streamlined Mithras Build’s processes into one cohesive system. This included automating data collection from operators’ mobile devices for fuel logs, service requests, and consumption records. All information is now stored in one place, giving the team a clear and up-to-date view of operations.
Our solution also established clear workflows to help Mithras better monitor on-site activities and fuel consumption from their CUBs. The app continues to evolve, supporting new features and adapting to their growing needs.
