PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE ORGANIZER, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING.
1. THE ORGANIZER
The Campaign is organized by SC [YOUR COMPANY NAME] SRL (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), a limited liability company registered in Romania, with headquarters at [Address], registered with the Trade Registry under no. [J/Number], Fiscal Code (CUI) [Number].
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The Campaign is open to:
- Legal Entities (SRL, SA, PFA, II) registered in Romania.
- Individuals residing in Romania who are at least 18 years of age.
2.2. Employees, directors, and officers of the Organizer, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to participate.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of potential winners.
3. CAMPAIGN DURATION
The Campaign begins on [Start Date] at 00:00 EET and ends on [End Date] at 23:59 EET (the “Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
4. MECHANISM AND SELECTION (SKILL-BASED CONTEST)
4.1. No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter or win.
4.2. Nature of Campaign: This is a contest of skill and business feasibility, not a game of chance (lottery).
4.3. Submission: Participants must complete the online form at [Website URL].
4.4. Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged by an internal panel appointed by the Organizer based on:
- (40%) Technical Feasibility: Can the MVP be realistically developed within a 2-week sprint (approx. 80–100 man-hours)?
- (30%) Business Impact: Does the solution solve a clear, quantifiable problem?
- (30%) Innovation: creative use of AI technology.
5. THE PRIZE (SCOPE OF SERVICES)
5.1. The Winner will receive “Custom Software Development Services” with a maximum estimated market value of [e.g., €5,000].
5.2. The Services are strictly limited to:
- One (1) Development Sprint: A period of ten (10) consecutive working days.
- Scope: Development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or Proof of Concept (POC).
5.3. Exclusions: The Prize explicitly excludes:
- Hosting costs (AWS, Vercel, Azure, etc.).
- Third-party API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Maintenance, bug fixes, or support after the handover date.
- App Store or Google Play developer fees.
6. WINNER VALIDATION & DISCOVERY PHASE
6.1. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within [X] days of the selection.
6.2. Mandatory Discovery: As a condition of winning, the selected Entrant must participate in up to three (3) video discovery meetings with the Organizer’s technical team within five (5) business days of notification.
6.3. Scope Agreement: During these meetings, the parties must agree on a “Statement of Work” (SOW) that fits the 2-week timeline.
6.4. Disqualification: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the potential winner and select a runner-up if:
- The Entrant is unresponsive for more than 48 hours.
- The Entrant refuses to agree to a technically feasible scope (e.g., demands features that cannot be built in 2 weeks).
- The Entrant fails to provide necessary API keys or hosting environments.
